Metastack is an esports workspace and education platform built specifically for Counter-Strike 2. It gives teams and individual players a single place to create and organise their own tactical knowledge, strats, nades, demos and notes, and to pull in new content from a large shared library instead of rebuilding it themselves. Before Metastack, most teams handled game prep across Steam Notes, Google Drive and a scatter of other tools, and the platform was designed to replace that patchwork entirely. A community layer lets players publish their own tactics, earn rewards and compete on leaderboards, which turns the tool into a learning hub for the wider CS2 player base rather than just a pro team utility. The platform launched publicly on 30 September 2025 after several months of quiet use by top tier teams, and counts Minh "Gooseman" Le, the creator of Counter-Strike, as an advisor and endorser. Coverage since launch has featured praise from pro players, in game leaders and coaches across the competitive scene.
